I am responsible for leading on the HR strategy for the Trust, including delivering on safer recruitment, advising on complex employee situations and supporting staff engagement and wellbeing.

I have a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management and have been a Chartered Member of the CIPD since 2005.

I have over 20 years of experience providing tailored support to both primary and secondary schools and local authorities in the South West London area and have a clear understanding of the current challenges facing schools in the recruitment, management and retention of staff.
