Getting to Coombe

Coombe Girls’ School is situated approximately ½ mile from the centre of New Malden in Surrey.

By Car

If you are travelling from London on the A3 take the second exit after Robin Hood Roundabout (to the rear of the petrol station) marked Kingston. Turn left at the junction. Following this road past the New Victoria Hospital. A little further on the road bends sharply but you need to take the left-hand fork marked New Malden and turn left into Traps Lane. Take the fourth turning on the right (Langley Grove) which leads into Clarence Avenue. The school is visible from the road.

If you are travelling towards London on the A3 take the exit marked New Malden (just past Tolworth Underpass). Following the road right through New Malden High Street, past the railway station, then take the first left after The Royal Oak Public House (Woodside Road). The school is immediately opposite the end of Woodside Road.

There is very limited parking on site. We advise that you park in adjoining roads which are residential. We should be grateful if you would park with consideration.

Rail Travel

There is a regular service from London, Waterloo Station to New Malden Station. On leaving the station turn right (away from the town centre) and walk along Coombe Road. Continue past the petrol station and Church.Take the next left after the Royal Oak Public House (Woodside Road). Follow this road to the junction with Clarence Avenue. The school is immediately opposite.

Bus

Take the 213 from Kingston to Sutton which stops outside the school.
