NEWS SECTION:

Save the Earth voted to sponsor a Snow Leopard this year to replace the Polar Bear we sponsored last year. Every 3 months the club will receive up dates on the progress of our sponsored Snow Leopard so come along if you would like to know more!

Sustainable Garden

The garden is coming on nicely, with a new wooden sign and bird box kindly hand made and donated by Phiip Baker. Save the Earth will have a one off gardening session in the next couple of weeks to bring the garden up to scratch for winter, and it will be then left until spring.

There are four sections:
Herb Garden
Vegetable plot
Wild garden
Drought resistant plot

We hope to put in a compost bin, a wormery and lots of bulbs that will make the garden look even more beautiful!

Christmas Stall coming soon!

We will be selling hand made Christmas cards and decorations, with all the proceeds going to our charity of the year which will be voted on by the members of the club and announced on the 17th November.

Watch this space for more news.

On the 24th November we have Pauline Williams coming in to take a club session with Save the Earth on Fairtrade, including fun games and activites.
