A key part of the Coombe federation’s preparations for Christmas is our annual Carols by Candlelight service held at Christ Church New Malden. This year, the 500 strong congregation were treated to combined performances from the school choirs as well as gospel choirs. The music was supplemented by dramatic pieces and readings telling the story and highlighting the message of Christmas.  The collection raised over £600 for the Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness Charity.  Our thanks and congratulations go to all 100 performers and everyone who worked together across the federation and at Christ Church to make the evening such a success.
