We work in partnership with the Head and staff from the Leadership Teams to assist in matters concerning the management of teaching and non-teaching staff at Coombe Boys’ and Coombe Girls’ Schools. This includes staff appointments, performance management, training and development, grievances, complaints, pay and conditions and discipline.

Pay and Conditions
As well as ensuring adherence to regulations and statutory guidance on all staffing matters the Personnel Committee receives reports from the Pay and Conditions Committee on behalf of the Full Governing Body.
