We work in partnership with the Head and staff from the Leadership Teams to develop, monitor and review financial strategy and policy, ensuring best practice and best value principles are kept to. This includes approving budgets and accounts, termly monitoring of expenditure and income, agreeing capital project bids and approving service and building contracts including catering and school uniform contracts. We also consider proposals from other committees to identify what funding will be required and where that might be found.
